"This Dinner arranged four months ago, is like throwing a boomerang into the political stratosphere and scoring a bulls eye four months later." Quips like this flowed effortlessly provoking roars of laughter as local councillors, activists and their guests enjoyed a virtuoso display from a Lembit on top form. </description>
