Nick gets acquainted with the leader of his husky team

On the 18th of February 2007, along with four fellow MPs including Lib Dem Jenny Willetts, 2 Tories and 1 Labour, Lib Dem Shadow Home Secretary Nick Clegg will be setting out from Levi in Finland on a 10 day husky trek of 400 kms across the Arctic, to the three nation's border north of the Arctic Circle.

The journey will be filmed and we will be able to watch these intrepid travellers as they raise funds for their respective charities. Nick's charity is the Whirlow Hall Farm Trust, which offers the experience of life on a working farm to youngsters from underprivileged backgrounds in Sheffield.
